Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Reitmans purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns within 30 days of the shipping date for items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account or use our guest order tracker to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your unworn items with original tags attached into the original packaging or a sturdy shipping bag.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any Canada Post location or authorized service point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
