What is your return policy for online orders?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached. Returns can be made for free in any of our store locations or by mail for a small shipping fee.

How can I track my shipment?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery status.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Reitmans ships exclusively within Canada and to the United States. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination and selected shipping method.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as PayPal and Reitmans gift cards. We also offer interest-free installment payments via PayBright.

How do I determine my correct size?

Each product page features a 'Size Guide' link with detailed measurements for our Petite, Tall, and Plus collections to help you find the perfect fit for your body type.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing orders immediately. Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel or modify it. However, you may return the items once they are received.
